The bank shall reject such an offer if it is found to be as follows while examining the offer form received in accordance with rule 4:-
(a) In the case of an individual, his name, address and signature and in the case of a firm, company or organization, the name, address, seal and signature of an official person of such firm, company or organization are omitted,
(b) According to rule 5, the price and amount are not mentioned in numbers and letters
(c) Failure to deposit Earnest Money or under-deposit as per rule 6,
(d) not mentioning the name and series number of the debenture in the verbatim form, or
(e) Failure to complete other details mentioned in the published notification while inviting the speaker.
(2) The bank may partially or fully accept or reject the loan considering the monetary and economic indicators of the country.
